Jesus- He Is Your Choice. What Will You Do With Him?
Choice is an act of selecting or making a decision when faced with two or more possibilities. There are many choices we have to make in life, the most important is choosing whom we will worship and follow as our God.
There are many religions that lure us with many promises. Jesus Christ of Nazareth does not offer us religion. He offers us life. Relationship with Christ equals life! He is the only one who proved the truth of His claims by both predicting His death and resurrection and fulfilling His predictions. Everything else He promised hangs on His identity and His trustworthiness.
Religion on the other hand, is based on unproven theories and leads only to death. Those who invented them cannot prove their validity or the authority to teach what they teach and promise what they promise.
So in all actuality you only have one of two choices. Believe on Jesus Christ and receive eternal life or believe in any other unproven religion and be separated from God forever.
What’s your choice?
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”John 14:6 (NKJV)
Believing in Jesus means acknowledging that He is who He says He is, the Son of God, and
receiving His gift of forgiveness of sin and a restored relationship with the Father through Him as God’s son or daughter.
“To all who received Him, to those who believed in His name He gave the right to become children of God – children born not of natural descent nor of human decision or a husband’s will but born of God.” John 1:12-13 (NIV).
All you need to do to take the first simple step on your journey into your new life with Jesus is:
“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”Romans 10:9 (NIV).
This prayer will help you take that first step.
“Father, I agree with you that I am a guilty sinner deserving of death. I know that I cannot save myself. I believe that Jesus paid the price for my sins in full on the cross and that you no longer hold my sins against me. I thank you for forgiving my sin and rescuing me from slavery to Satan and from eternal separation from you. I acknowledge that Jesus is Lord and submit my life to Him. I will follow Jesus the rest of my life and share the truth with others. Amen”

Dear Pastor Paul Smit and The Leadership Team at Ebenezer
My name is Mohammed Saeed born and raised in a Muslim nation family and raised in a Muslim nation. I came your teachings on your blog few years ago after I had already given my life to Jesus, since I was born and raised in a Muslim family living in a Muslim nation it was not easy for me to go to any Church but I decided to follow your teachings on your bloc.
I have been copying your teachings into my laptop for the past 5 years. I am going to write you a full email of my testimony about how I came to Faith in Jesus Christ.
God has been helping me to grow in faith by buying second hand Christian books and going to Christian website and learn more about my faith in Christ.
Thank for making the Gospel so simple, just last month I have been listening to very short clip video by The Student Pastor Simeon Smith, what a wonderful young man he is, you have raised such God-fearing young man with the heart for the Kingdom of God. Pray for me as I am reaching out to Muslims living in South Africa from Nigeria, Bangladesh, Somalia, Sudan, Uganda, Tanzania and Malawi.
There are five things which Muslims deny about Christianity
1. Muslims deny the Jesus is The Son of God, they believe since God does not have a wife therefore he can not have a Son.
2. Muslims deny the Deity of Christ, they deny that Jesus is equal with God and therefore He does not deserve to be Worshipped.
3. Muslims deny The Trinity of the God-head, they deny that God expresses Himself in three divine personalities, they that God is the Father, The Son Jesus and The Holy Spirit
4. Muslims deny That Jesus died on the Cross at Calvary, according to Islam religion for a Prophet of God to die a shame-full death on the Cross would a sign of weakness.
Muslims do not have a concept of redemption, because it is a religion of works.
So its very difficult for a Muslim to believe on the concept of redemption, yet with redemption there is no Salvation, but without Jesus dying on the Christ at Calvary there is redemption.
5. Muslims do not believe that The Bible is the True Word of God.
Your teaching have made such a huge difference in my life and I will continue to use them, I believe by the grace of God we shall be able to communicate and connect till we meet one one.
Hello Mohammed
Thank you for your comments and encouragement. We pray that you will continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Until we meet someday. Every blessing in Christ!
