Good day and compliments of the new year .I have a 4 year old who will be turning 5 in November this year due to some complications i didnt apply for her.I was asking if is there by any chance that she can be accommodated or be placed in a waiting list.I know this was supposed to be done in advance but due to circumstances and i apologise for that.
